Daniel Benseman - Business Development Manager
Daniel has worked in the fire industry for twenty (20) years and has progressed through the organisation from a workshop based technician to Branch Manager, Major Accounts Manager and now Business Development Manager. An in-depth knowledge of active and passive fire equipment together with a demonstrated ability to delegate and supervise tasks ensures clientele and organisational outcomes are mutually achieved to a high level.
Michael Russell - Projects Manager - Electrical Division
Michael is our Fire Detection and Emergency Warning Intercom System installation specialist. He has in excess of fifteen (15) years industry experience and has been involved in a large variety of fire detection system installation projects throughout Western Australia. Optimum solutions (to our Clients) are achieved in full accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC), relevant Australian Standards (AS) and requirements of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES). Michael is also responsible for oversight of preventative maintenance and routine testing regimes for the above systems and other electrical systems and equipment including the management of on-road tradespersons and technicians and support staff across the trades and projects divisions.
Ben Armstrong - Supervisor - Special Hazards Division
Ben is the gaseous and engineered AFFF foam systems supervisor for Protector Fire Services. With many years experience in the fire protection industry, Ben leads our team of special hazards technicians and tradesmen.
Focusing on the installation of Protectors’ exclusive engineered foam system to light and heavy vehicles, Ben’s skills ensure an exact match of risk versus fire protection required.
James Kemp - Training Manager
James has over sixteen (16) years experience with delivering Training and Assessment requirements to a vast range of environments and industries. Additionally, after spending six (6) years with the Department of Corrections implementing and managing newly developed training requirements and providing security across various divisions, James also has a six (6) year background with the Royal Australian Navy providing military specific fire safety and training obligations. James’ capabilities and experience combined with a strong focus on forming and sustaining valuable relationships provides our clients with peace of mind that no task is too complex.
